  • Application
    Application Fee: $45.
  • Security Deposit
    Equals to 1 month rent
  • Utility Charge
    Bill based on actual usage and split the cost among all tenants.
  • Pet
    Accept cats, small dogs and ESA*. Pet deposit: $500*Except in special cases such as when your roommate has reported allergies
  • Occupancy
    $100-200/month for the second tenant in the same room. Please contact your leasing agent for more details
  • Parking
    Please contact your leasing agent directly before signing a lease or email management@moohousing.com for current availability
  • Renter Insurance
    Renter insurance is required for all tenants
